Onatiglobal is inviting candidates for a Recruiter role with experience in Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles to support our digital transformation. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures , forecasting etc. Remuneration for Assistant Recruiter: 1-2 yr experience CTC- Basic+ Variable + High Bonus on Targets To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience of working in a fast growing mid size business and implemented recruitment strategies.
. Coordinate with business managers to identify staffing needs in all lines of business.
· Determine selection criteria and Campus selections, Job fairs etc.
· Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
· Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
· Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, background checks etc.
· Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
· Lead employer branding initiatives
· Onboarding of candidates.
· Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
· Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
. Any Bachelor's degree- Fashion Education preferred
. Proven Recruiter with work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
. Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
. Experience in: Onboarding, Exit, Grievance Handling & attrition management and salary negotiations.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
